- Biography:
Leigh Anderson’s involvement with the game dates back to 1963 through his playing days with Centrals in Townsville.
Over the past two decades, he has undertaken a myriad of roles in junior and senior rugby league, including a long stint as the Northern Division’s Independent Finance Director.
Fiercely passionate about rugby league at grassroots level, Leigh is a popular face at local grounds in the north of the state.
He replaced Nigel Tillett as the Northern Division director on the QRL board at the League’s AGM in December, 2013.
