First-gamer Jarrod Wallace marvelled at the frenetic pace of Origin when he chatted with QRL Media shortly after the Maroons’ Game II win in Sydney last night.
“The intensity just doesn’t go away. It’s just there the whole time from the get-go, so I loved it, and every minute of it was outstanding and I can’t wait for Game III already.”
The starting prop praised his teammates for the come-from-behind win.
“Just typical Maroon spirit. They hung in there all night and they played some great footy.”
