Jai Arrow has detailed what it felt like claiming victory before a bumper crowd, following his first Origin appearance on Queensland soil.
Arrow, who debuted earlier in the series in Melbourne and again played off the bench in Game II in Sydney, gave a rare insight to the sensations faced as the Maroons clinched an 18-12 win against the Blues.
"To get the opportunity to start tonight (at prop) was something special," the young Gold Coast Titans forward said.
"And to run out in front of a packed house at Suncorp Stadium was pretty surreal and something I'll never forget.
"It's honestly...it's hard to describe.
"You turn that tunnel and you hear the big roar and you just get goosebumps through your head, and tingling down your body.
"You look around and all you see is maroon.
