The Broncos have signed Maroons and Jillaroos forward Keilee Joseph to a two-year deal from 2024.
The Brisbane-born 21-year-old is a two-time NRLW second-rower of the year and moves north after three seasons with the Roosters and a premiership in 2021.
Joseph also represented Australia at the 2022 World Cup, playing two matches off the bench.
"This is great news for the Brisbane Broncos, to be bringing someone of Keilee’s calibre to the club, as one of the young superstars of the league," said head coach Scott Prince.
“She has proven that she can step up when it matters and has grabbed hold of every opportunity that has come her way.
“She’s won a premiership and has played for her state, her country and her heritage – and now she’s coming to play for her home town. It doesn’t get more special than this.”
The Cowboys have secured the services of chief playmaker Kirra Dibb through until the end of 2026, along with agreeing to terms with veteran forward Tallisha Harden to ensure she remains with the club in 2024.
A two-year extension for Dibb will see her bring up four seasons with the club, while her fellow co-captain Harden has signed on for another campaign after initially being off contract at the end of the 2023 season.
The pair both appeared in all nine of North Queensland's games in their maiden NRLW campaign.
“We’re very pleased to extend Kirra. She is a marquee half in the game and truly invested in what we’re trying to develop up here in North Queensland,” Cowboys coach Ben Jeffries said.
“Being one of our co-captains, Kirra will also assist in developing our younger halves coming through our pathway.
“With Tallisha it was evident her leadership was going to be priceless throughout our inaugural season.
“This is one of the main reasons why we have re-signed Tallisha as she’ll assist in nurturing some of our younger forwards coming through."
The Dragons, meanwhile, have announced that Shenai Lendill, Sara Sautia and Sophie Clancy have agreed to contract extensions through to the end of 2025.
Lendill made her NRLW debut for the Dragons in 2023 and went on to play every minute of every match, averaging 110 running metres per game and coming up with 31 tackle breaks.
A former Queensland under-19s representative, Sautia averaged 67 run metres in her four games and made 121 tackles at 92 per cent efficiency.
Clancy joined the Red V from Newcastle in 2023 and made her NRLW debut off the bench in Round 3.
“Sophie has shown she has the talent to play at NRLW level and her competitive side is something I like about her,” head coach Jamie Soward said.
“She has the chance to be the starting No. 9 going forward.”
The Roosters have locked in star centre Jess Sergis until the end of 2027 while five-eighth Tarryn Aiken has also inked a new deal.
Sergis, a State of Origin and Jillaroos representative, will enter her seventh season in the NRLW in 2024 where she has capped 28 games and 15 tries across her time with both the Dragons and Roosters.
Meanwhile, Aiken has inked a new deal which will see the dynamic five-eighth remain at the club until at least the end of the 2025 season.
Roosters Coach John Strange said the new deals ensure a promising future for the powerhouse club.
"Tarryn and Jess are among the most talented and committed athletes in the NRLW," Strange said.
"Their decision to extend their contracts with the Sydney Roosters is a testament to the club's culture and our shared ambition for success.
“It’s exciting to know that they will continue to be part of the team we have here in the coming years."
The Titans have locked in Jillaroos forward Jess Elliston on a long-term deal which will see the 26-year-old remain at the Gold Coast until the end of the 2027 season.
Already locked in for next season, Elliston joins fellow prop partner Shannon Mato in the club’s engine room for at least the next four years after Mato also inked a new deal.
Playing every game of her fifth NRLW season, Elliston finished in the competition’s top three forwards for run metres and post-contact metres in 2023, earning her Test debut for the Jillaroos in the recent Pacific Championships.

Coach Karyn Murphy said she was thrilled to have the Queensland and Australia representative re-commit to the Gold Coast long-term.
“It’s fair to say this season has been Jess’ best in her career to date and it’s incredible to think she hasn’t even hit her ceiling of growth yet,” Murphy said.
“Her first year as a regular starter for us up front was extremely impressive, and she was more than deserving of her recent Jillaroos debut."

Teammate Niall Williams-Guthrie also agreed to return to the Gold Coast in 2024 after making a huge impression following her switch from rugby union.
Williams-Guthrie played in all 11 matches in 2023, coming up with 38 tackle breaks and three try assists as the Titans stormed into their maiden grand final.
The Cowboys landed a blow in the recruitment market ahead of the 2024 season with the signing of Dally M Winger of the Year Jakiya Whitfeld from Wests Tigers on a three-year deal.
Whitfeld, who also won the Dally M Tackle of the Year as part of a breakout 2023 campaign, finished the regular season with four tries, 10 linebreaks and a remarkable 70 tackle breaks from her nine appearances.
She was named in the Jillaroos end-of-season squad for the Pacific Championships after being called in as a late replacement for Julia Robinson.
