XXXX Queensland City v Country team lists
The squads for the upcoming men’s and women’s City versus Country matches have been announced, with both fixtures set to be played on June 6, Queensland Day.
In 2025, Queensland City accomplished a clean sweep of the double header, claiming 20–4 and 28–20 victories in the women’s and men’s matches respectively.
This year’s action will kick off at Sunshine Coast Stadium with the women’s clash at 11:30am, before the men’s match follows at 1:30pm.
Gates open at 10:30am. Tickets are $5 for adults and free for under 18s. Card only.
The City versus Country clash will showcase the best community rugby league talent from across Queensland. Over the course of the past month, players have pressed their claims for City selection in the XXXX Chair’s Challenge carnival while players who performed strongly in the XXXX Foley Shield and XXXX 47th Battalion carnivals were rewarded with Country selection.
