Northern Pride gains and losses

A former skipper returns to the Northern Pride, with Brett Anderson signing on from the Innisfail Leprechauns for the 2018 season.

The NQ side had signed a number of experienced players for the upcoming season in a bid to help their side take better control of matches when they have the opportunity to do so – an inability which let them down in games late this past season.

They have also welcomed back David Murphy to the side following his time with the Easts Tigers, while all eyes early in the season will be on high profile recruit Todd Carney who has arrived from a stint with Salford in the UK.
