Souths Logan unveil Women’s Hall of Fame

The Souths Logan Magpies celebrated their rich history with Women's Rugby League with the unveiling of their Honour Board and first induction into their Hall of Fame – the inimitable Karyn Murphy.

The night – themed 'Back to Black and White' was their 20th anniversary of Women's Rugby League at the club – and also doubled as their club presentation evening.

Normally, the club would have incorporated the women's awards into their club awards night (where Brendon Gibb took home the Intrust Super Cup Player of the Year Award) – but with many players involved in the NRLW competition; they were unable to attend.

The 2018 Souths Logan Magpies Women's award winners are listed below:

Best Back: Meg Ward
Best Forward: Lilly Miako
Most Valuable Player: Mia Carter
Player of the Year: Annette Brander
